SUBJECT OF THE PROPERTY
The four islands are located in an archipelago in northern Brazil, in the state of Pará, considered an Amazonian territory, with a tropical climate and enormous biodiversity. They are formed by four islands, named Ipomonga, Romana, Marinteuá, and Areuá, surrounded by seawater and raging rivers. Their total area is approximately 60,000,000 m², equivalent to 6,000,000 hectares. The area offers enormous potential for ecotourism, recreational fishing, conservation of the Amazonian flora and fauna, the construction of resorts and hotels, a solar or wind farm, a port, summer homes, and other investment opportunities. In 2007, the RDP lawfully acquired the right of occupancy and definitive possession of the marine area comprising the four islands offered here, as stated in the official certificates from the First Office of Real Estate Registration of the District of Curuçá, State of Pará, Brazil, under registrations (a) No. 338 (fl. 138, Book 2-BA), (b) No. 339 (fl. 139, Book 2-BA), (c) No. 340 (fl. 140 Book 2-BA), and (d) No. 341 (fl. 141, Book 2-BA), and has the right to use, enjoy, and dispose of such properties. Such certificates and documents may be requested by the interested party upon acquisition directly from the competent authority in Brazil, namely the Land Registry of the First Office of the District of Curuçá/PA. III - ABSENCE OF ANY RESTRICTIONS
The Amazon islands have no restrictions on exploration and, like any other real estate in Brazil, can be used for any type of business, subject to applicable laws and restrictions.
